We ship an item to 3 to 5 business days after receiving the order of the order from you. Item will be shipped from Japan by EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service). The order from a country without handling of EMS is shipped in a Registered Air Small Packet.

Insurance and Tracking Number is included in EMS. If the item is lost or damaged in its transit, we will refund the item cost based on the EMS's coverage policy. Returns & Replacements
We only allow return if the item is not authentic or a wrong model is send. Refund must be requested within 14 days after receiving the package. Item has to be returned in an original condition when you receive. Buyer is responsible of covering shipment for returning merchandise. You will get your money back for the item, as soon as we have received the return and found that the product is in its original condition.
